Who we are
DocMed Technology leads the digital arm of Hyphens Pharma International Limited. Incorporated in 2021 and headquartered in Singapore, we develop and operate our own digital health products serving multiple pharma partners in the region. We own our platforms, customers and roadmap with independent management of commercials and P&L — combining the agility of a technology company with the governance and heritage of a listed pharmaceutical group.

Healthcare for migrant workers
Through WellAway, DocMed partnered with SATA CommHealth — one of the anchor operators appointed under Singapore's Primary Care Plan for migrant workers — to deliver e-pharmacy medication after teleconsultation. To bridge language barriers, WellAway introduced multilingual pictograms alongside standard medication labels, helping patients understand and self-administer their medication safely, with phone counselling available when needed.

DocMed is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and handles sensitive patient and HCP data with care — applying access controls, data safeguards and confidentiality measures aligned to the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and HSA's e-pharmacy data requirements.
Distribution & e-pharmacy
Compliant to GDP (HSA), GDPMDS (SS 620) and SS 644 requirements, including cold-chain integrity for temperature-sensitive products.
